Back in February I signed up to run in the Baltimore 10 miler along with some friends. We've been training since the end of March. Those first few runs were pretty rough, but after time a 3-5 mile run became a short work out and I began to look forward to my runs. The run was scheduled for the day after my 30th birthday and we joked it was my little midlife crisis to prove I could still do crazy athletic stuff.
This is us the night before the run getting our carbs from Olive Garden
Us before the race. Notice the happy smiling faces
Us after the race. Notice the sweaty happy smiling faces.
I'm so glad I did it, but also glad it is over.

Way to go! 10 miles is not easy! All the training paid off, congrats!
That is so awesome, Tiffany! You should feel so proud of yourself...what an accomplishment! I'm lucky if I can make it around our block once.
Way to go. Say, if 30 is mid life, that means Dad is almost dead! Ha! You'll always be my baby, no matter how old you are.
Love Mom
good work Tiffany. Happy Birthday too! I'm training for a 1/2 marathon in October. Haven't done one of those in 3 years. Should be interesting!
Congrats! I'm so glad to see there were smiling faces in the end.
Yah, you are amazing. Hands down!
Great job Tiffany. You are such an awsome athletic old lady!
